01 What is the lifespan of a Lemur frame?

Several decades with standard maintenance. The steel frame and fasteners are designed for heavy-duty use in commercial settings. That’s why we’ve never had a product recall.

02 What happens if an LED fails?

Remote diagnostics are performed first. On-site service is provided if necessary—usually within 72 hours. Lemur maintains a stock of LED components. An annual maintenance plan gives priority to these service calls.

03 Do you offer support in my country?

Yes. Lemur works with local installation partners in most countries. For countries without a local partner, remote support is available—and on-site visits can be arranged.
