Adjustable Climbing Walls — Installation, Pricing & Setup Guide
DIMENSIONS & SPECIFICATIONS
Lemur Design adjustable climbing walls are available in multiple sizes to fit a variety of facilities and training programs. Standard wall heights range approximately from 10.8 ft (3.3 m) to 15.4 ft (4.7 m), with widths from 8 ft up to 24 ft depending on the model you select. These flexible dimensions help you configure the right training environment for your space and goals.

Spray wall: Height: 13.3 - 15.4 ft (3,9 - 4,6m) -

Our adjustable climbing walls offer a wide incline range to support all skill levels:
- Connected adjustable wall: -5° to 70°
- Adjustable Spray Wall: -10° to +40°
This full range lets you tailor difficulty from gentle entry angles to advanced steep overhangs. This allows the difficulty to be adapted to different users. The inclination can be easily adjusted by anyone using the control box.
Lemur Design walls are compatible with all major connected training systems, including Kilter Board, Tension Board, Moon Board, So iLL, and more. Once production begins, drilling patterns are fixed for the chosen system, so it’s important to finalize your system choice before fabrication
Some new training system come out every year, at Lemur Design we focus on making frames, if you see a new system out and which to use a Lemur frame with it, give us a call we will make it happen.
A standard 12’ × 12’ adjustable climbing wall weighs less than 1000 kg (approximately 2 200 lbs).
In short you provide a floor we provide the rest!
The wall weight less than 1000kg and may be assemble on any floor of a building. Some particular set-up prevent the wall from being anchored which may require some engineer thinking. Contact us before canning a project for this reason.
If you can drill the wall in a concrete wall (about 5in thick) we should have no-restriction.
When you receive your wall a team of 3-4 staff/friend will be required to perform the assembly per our easy to follow guide.

The vast majority of our adjustable walls require certified safety padding or crash mats for climbing use, in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Kickboard dimensions (10'', 27'' & 39'') depend on the overall size of your adjustable training wall. Lemur Design offers wall widths such as 12 ft, 16 ft, and 24 ft, designed to integrate seamlessly with popular connected board systems like Kilterboard, MoonBoard, So iLL and Tension Board.
The kickboard is the lower section of the wall used for sit starts and low foot placements. Its height and depth are configured to match the selected wall size and training layout.
Kickboard dimensions can be adapted to your available ceiling height, space constraints, and training goals.

INSTALLATION & LOGISTICS
For the adjustable climbing wall: between 1 & 2 days (full 8-hour), with 2–3 people.
For the installation of the connected LED holds: 1 full day with 2 people.

The adjustable Lemur climbing walls are universal and works with any current from 100-240V. We even ship the power cord per your country's standard. For shipment outside north-america we also supply the imperial tools required to complet the assembly.
In approximately 90% of installations, Lemur Design adjustable climbing walls are secured directly to a concrete floor slab using 10 heavy-duty anchors. This method ensures maximum structural stability and safely supports dynamic climbing loads.
A concrete slab with adequate thickness and structural capacity is typically required. Our team provides technical guidance, anchoring specifications, and coordination support with local engineers to ensure a safe and compliant installation.
The Lemur Design wall will ship by ground transportation in North-America and by sea + ground everywhere else. The shipping cost will be added at the time of quote and cost between 500$ for a local shipment near us to 3000$.
We have special arrangement to make shipping in Europe or anywhere in the word very similar to North-America.
