The Lemur Design wall will ship by ground transportation in North-America and by sea+ground everywhere else. The shipping cost will be added at the time of quote and cost between 500$ for a local shipment near us to 3000$. We have special arrangement to make shipping in Europe very similar to North-America.
Our walls are made to oder, from the moment we received the inital deposit to the shipping we require between 6 to 8 weeks. This production lead time may vary and demand can spike from time to time. If you initiate the discussion with us about 12 weeks before you need a wall we will have plenty of time to define your needs and tailor the built for you.
Well... yes!
Most ''home wallers'' will make a climbing wall for themself with dimensionnal lumbers and plywood. At the end the actual climbing will be similark and the bill will be lower by quite a significant margin. We will sell you t-nuts and provide basic guidance if you contact us.
Of course, since our business is to make adjustable wall for you we have good reason for you to no go this way. First our frames works, we have sold more tha 350 frames in more than 20 countries, they are all working at this point. Our walls install in about a day without any cutting, drilling or welding involved, it's a pretty clean process. And lastly our frames respect the generally accepted conception and design standard and relies on engineering calculation to provide a safe climbing experience to you, your family and your customers.
So at the end our adjustable wall line takes the risk out of your gym contruction or expansion and will bring long term value to your business.

Lemur Design was founded and still operates in Montreal, QC. We perform all the wood working and finishing internall in our wood shop. The metal work is performed by a local shop specialized in high quality product. The final assembly operation are conducted in our wharehouse before dispatch of you new adjustable wall.

The adjustable Lemur walls are universal and works with any current from 100-240V. We even ship the power cord per your country's standard. For shipment outside north-america we also supply the imperial tools required to complet the assembly.
In short you provide a floor we provide the rest!
The wall weight less than 1000kg and may be assemble on any floor of a building. Some particular set-up prevent the wall from being anchored which may require some engineer thinking. Contact us before canning a project for this reason.
If you can drill the wall in a concrete wall (about 5in thick) we should have no-restriction.
When you receive your wall a team of 3-4 staff/friend will be required to perform the assembly per our easy to follow guide.
Ok this is a good one, we can't decide for you. All systems works on our frame, the LED systems uses similar hardware with different app. The delivery time of the holds/LED may vary from a vendor to another. You can buy the holds from us or work directly with the system maker. Once we have started production of your wall it is not possible to change from a system to another as the drilling pattern is not the same for every system.
Some new training system come out every year, at Lemur Design we focus on making frames, if you see a new system out and which to use a Lemur frame with it, give us a call we will make it happen.
