Lemur is the climbing wall manufacturer building the complete training space . That's where Lemur comes in. We don't sell a wall: we design the complete training space — the architecture, the atmosphere, the place.

OUR ORIGINS

Born in Montreal. Engineered by climbers.

Lemur Design was founded in Montreal in 2017 by engineers who climb. We were already designing and manufacturing adjustable climbing walls when we began working with Kilter.

The collaboration grew from a shared vision: to make adjustability more accessible and create a more complete, inclusive training system—one that combines varied movement, broad difficulty ranges, and an adjustable structure in a seamless experience.

Since that original Kilter Board collaboration, Lemur has continued to refine its adjustable structures and expand its offering to support several of the world’s leading training systems.

Our walls are engineered and manufactured in the Montreal area, using locally made components whenever possible and trusted international partners for specialized equipment. The result is reliable training equipment built for years of intensive use—not a short-term purchase.

The engineering shows in the details.

Treated steel structure, hardwood panels CNC-cut and protected by a proprietary high-resistance polyurethane coating. Every part is cut and bent by numerically controlled machines, then welded and finished by certified workers — with our steel produced by a single trusted partner in the Montreal region.

Commercial walls adjust automatically from a touchscreen; home walls adjust in minutes with a simple push-button. Our adjustable walls serve every configuration — from compact home setups to full commercial climbing gym environments.

Our new-generation walls cut the part count from 170 to under 60, so a space goes up in a single day — no specialized tooling, and free support all the way through. 

Built to last, and since 2017, zero product recalls.
